We're Flexible: Our homes are available to you in a number or ways. We sometime fix and flip properties, pass them on as wholesale deals to buyers or investors and we do have Rent-to-own financing! This could be very helpful in the current economy where you might have excellent credit and income typically needed to purchase a home, but at a time when Lenders just aren't offering loans! We ask for a small amount of money called "Option Consideration" and will always negotiate a fair amount of time before you'd have to refinance with a tradtional lender. Other Investors typically offer you a 1 year Lease Option, we always offer you 2 years to start with and possibly a 2 year renewal if you have made full and on time payments!
